Engagement Director

We're partnering with one of the fastest growing AI companies in NYC which has recently raised ~$400m and are looking for top tier technical strategy candidates (think MBB or tier 1 technology consulting company) to join a newly formed strategic team launching a category-defining product.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a business-critical initiative, working directly with senior leadership to shape product strategy, customer success and operational scale.

You'll lead enterprise customer deployments from scoping through to successful launch, partner with clients to translate complex business challenges into product requirements, build scalable operational processes for a next-generation AI platform, manage cross-functional strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, and work closely with executives to shape the future of the business.

We're looking for someone with 5-10 years' experience in management consulting or strategy/operations within a high-growth technology company. You should be an exceptional problem solver, thrive in ambiguous environments, have strong stakeholder management skills, and enjoy building new products and processes from the ground up.

• Compensation is ~$250k
• The role is based on-site in New York, or Chicago
