Role: Founding Strategy & Operations Manager

Meet is currently partnered with a fast-growing AI company transforming how life sciences organisations commercialise therapeutics through cutting-edge AI and automation technology.
Following significant growth, they are looking to hire a Director of Strategy & Operations to partner closely with executive leadership, helping shape company strategy while building the operational foundations needed to scale a high-growth business.
Expectations:
- Partner directly with executive leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives, business planning, and company-wide decision making
- Lead cross-functional strategy and operations projects, driving execution across commercial, operational, and G&A functions
- Build scalable operating frameworks, processes, playbooks, and reporting to support rapid company growth
- Conduct market analysis, financial modelling, competitive research, and commercial strategy to support expansion initiatives
- Develop go-to-market strategies, sales planning, pricing, customer expansion, and operational scaling initiatives
- Manage and mentor the Strategy & Operations team while working closely with leaders across the business
- Improve organisational efficiency by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and optimise internal processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or a similarly high-performance environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience turning complex business challenges into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Background within healthcare, life sciences, healthtech, SaaS, AI, or another fast-growing technology environment is highly desirable
- Experience working within a startup or high-growth business, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to go-to-market strategy, operations, financial modelling, or business planning
- Previous people management experience is advantageous but not essential
