The Founder is a globally respected creator, investor and venture builder with an unusual ability to bring together exceptional people across science, technology, investment, government and culture. His inner circle includes some of the most influential figures in climate, global development, finance and the arts. The work spans multiple entities operating across regenerative agriculture, biological science, AI-powered ecological intelligence and international partnerships at the highest levels - heads of state, governments, sovereign wealth, global media.

This is a platform in serious acceleration. The people joining it are coming from the top of their fields because they believe in what is being built.

This is not a traditional EA role and not a role for someone coming from straightforward corporate calendaring.

The successful candidate will become deeply embedded across a highly interconnected global network spanning investors, scientists, operators, founders, strategic partners, media, conferences and international leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Founder support during global travel and events
• Operational coordination across multiple entities and ventures
• Briefing preparation and executive follow-through
• International travel coordination
• Conferences and events (USA / Europe / UK / Africa / Asia)
• Travel ahead to oversee complex Founder meetings, forums and gatherings
• Climate Weeks / Davos-level environments
• Government and external affairs coordination
• Communications and relationship management
• Scheduling across multiple entities and stakeholders
• Strategic outreach
• Fundraising and investor relations
• Coordination across scientists, operators, leadership teams and external partners
• Tracking complex moving pieces across a rapidly expanding platform

The role is expected to evolve substantially over the next 12–24 months and offers meaningful scope for growth into broader strategic and operational leadership responsibilities for the right person.

Qualifications

Extensive EA experience supporting a founder, investor, CEO, major venture builder or similarly complex principal operating across multiple entities, international ventures, high-level relationships, board involvement and constantly shifting priorities.

Preferred Background

• Strong interest in climate, regenerative systems, agriculture, AI, food systems, global development or mission-driven ventures
• Extensive EA experience supporting globally connected founders or international leadership teams
• Comfortable operating across investor, scientific, media and external affairs environments
• Able to support senior-level external relationships, events, investor meetings, conference logistics and follow-through
• New York based
• Experience with Ireland, UK or Europe a plus
