We are seeking a seasoned, highly polished Chief of Staff to serve as a critical partner to the President. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate with discretion, confidence, and strong business judgment in a fast-paced environment.

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted right hand to the President, helping drive priorities, manage executive-level communication, and ensure the organization is operating with focus and urgency. This individual will lead and support a team of Senior Executive Assistants and Executive Assistants while bringing structure, judgment, and exceptional follow-through to the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and day-to-day extension of the President.
• Manage complex priorities, sensitive communications, and executive-level initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee Senior Executive Assistants and Executive Assistants.
• Anticipate needs, identify risks, and keep critical projects moving forward.
• Work effectively across leadership teams with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read the room.
• Bring organization, discretion, and a high level of professionalism to a demanding executive environment.
