About The Role
As an Innovation and Community Lead within the NVIDIA Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in orchestrating cross-domain initiatives that advance NVIDIA-related capabilities, solutions, and go-to-market activities. Working closely with NVIDIA and internal practice leaders, this position connects strategy with execution across Digital Twins, Robotics, AI/Data Science, and XR domains.
The role is well-suited for a program leader who enjoys working across organizational boundaries, aligning diverse stakeholders, and enabling scalable innovation in emerging Physical AI, Vision AI, Digital Twins, and Agentic AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-practice initiatives within the NVIDIA CoE across AI/ML, Robotics, Digital Twins, XR, and industry solution teams
- Partner with Practice Leaders and NVIDIA stakeholders to align offerings, accelerators, and Points of View with NVIDIA's go-to-market strategy
- Drive planning, execution, and tracking of CoE programs, including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and review forums while supporting preparation for partner and joint planning sessions
- Engage with NVIDIA technical, product, and alliance teams to support enablement and capability-building initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to deliver go-to-market activities such as webinars, campaigns, events, success stories, and thought leadership
- Enable knowledge sharing and internal collaboration across engineering and solution practices
- Ensure consistency of go-to-market messaging and content across NVIDIA-related initiatives
- Contribute to governance models, communication frameworks, and operational best practices within the NVIDIA CoE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Program Management, PMO, Strategic Initiatives, or Alliance Management roles
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation capabilities
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with technology partners, alliances, or ecosystem stakeholders
- Solid understanding of go-to-market motions, solution positioning, and marketing coordination
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, HPC, GPU computing, or NVIDIA technologies
- Hands-on exposure to at least one of the following domains: Physical AI, Vision AI, Digital Twins, or Agentic AI
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
