This role establishes commercialization governance, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures successful execution across the portfolio while delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization activities from concept development through market launch and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Establish and enforce governance processes, stage-gate requirements, execution standards, and accountability mechanisms.
- Drive alignment across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Customer Team, Sales Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the commercialization portfolio, including resource planning, prioritization, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Ensure launch readiness across all business functions, including customer activation, operational preparedness, and performance measurement.
- Provide executive visibility into project status, risks, opportunities, and resource requirements.
- Develop and continuously improve commercialization processes, tools, and playbooks.
- Lead issue resolution and decision-making for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercialization, innovation, product development, supply chain, or program management.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Experience designing, implementing, or scaling commercialization functions, processes, or operating models.
- Strong portfolio management and governance experience.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
