Senior Director, Strategy

The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at NextEra Energy will lead internal strategy projects and ongoing development across the enterprise. This role involves creating bi-monthly Board presentations and annual strategy presentations for executives and the Board of Directors, driving strategic growth and transformation across all business units. Based in Juno Beach, FL, the Senior Director will partake in key business decisions, design overall strategy, mentor talent, and enhance corporate strategy processes. The role also involves coordinating quarterly strategy sessions, developing annual strategy presentations with the CEO, conducting financial analyses, and evaluating strategic initiatives using various quantitative methods.
