  • Lead enterprise technology across infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, business continuity, enterprise applications, data governance, and technology operations.
  • Oversee enterprise applications, integrations, collaboration tools, and business systems that support finance, HR, operations, project delivery, and executive decision-making.
  • Establish technology governance, architecture standards, policies, and investment frameworks that align technology decisions with business strategy and risk management.
  • Lead the firm's cybersecurity, data protection, identity and access management, vendor risk, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
  • Develop and mature the firm's data and analytics capabilities, including business intelligence, KPI reporting, data quality, forecasting, and operational insights.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, office expansions, and other growth initiatives through technology due diligence, systems integration, data migration, and platform consolidation.
  • Oversee technology budgeting, vendor partnerships, licensing, capital planning, and ROI for enterprise technology investments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and strong business partnership across the technology organization.
