🔑 Your impact

• Partner with leadership to shape the People strategy and enable business growth.
• Drive organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives across the business.
• Build and strengthen a high-performing culture across teams and markets.
• Ensure scalable, efficient People & Culture operations that support a growing organization.
• Support M&A activities by leading People due diligence and post-merger integration when needed.

👤 What you bring

• 8+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth, transformation, or scale-up environments.
• Experience supporting M&A and post-merger integration is a plus.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labour law and CEE HR practices.
• Fluent in German and English.
• A strategic, hands-on mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

💰 Salary starts from €80,000 gross per year (full-time, Austria). The final package depends on your experience and qualifications.
