Your Impact

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll drive operational excellence, organizational development, and sustainable growth. You'll help transition the business from a founder-led organization to a scalable, management-led company by aligning people, processes, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead operational and organizational transformation initiatives
• Build scalable structures, processes, and governance
• Optimize customer and caregiver operations through digital solutions
• Improve KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Partner across teams to turn strategy into execution
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 5–10 years' experience in operations, consulting, healthcare, transformation, or scale-up environments
• Proven track record in scaling organizations and improving operational performance
• Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change

Experience in healthcare, home care, digital transformation, or operational excellence is a plus.
