Manpower's client, TBservices, is a Germany-based company specializing in telecommunications and electrical network construction, as well as infrastructure development projects. The company focuses on the installation of fiber optic networks, managing the entire project cycle from route preparation and cable laying to the restoration of infrastructure upon completion of works.

The company is currently strengthening its operational management and is looking for a leader who can structure processes and ensure smooth and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and optimize internal processes, implement operational efficiency improvements, and ensure clear standards and transparency across the organization.
• Develop and implement a human resources management system (processes, organizational structure, and responsibilities), ensure effective talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, and address day-to-day HR matters in compliance with German labor law.
• Represent the company in Germany, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, make strategic and operational decisions in collaboration with shareholders, and lead the local team.
• Oversee the company’s finances, including budgeting and cash flow management, ensuring timely payments, analyzing performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying development opportunities, planning resources, evaluating operational performance, and preparing the organization for future expansion.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and German.
• Previous leadership experience at department or company level.
• Hands-on experience in building organizational structures and implementing and optimizing business processes.
• Strong understanding of the German market, labor law, and business environment.
• Category B driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster effective teamwork.
• Experience managing companies operating in Germany, as well as experience in construction, infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors, will be considered a strong advantage.
