You’ll work directly with the Founder—driving enterprise-wide initiatives across investments, operations, and strategic growth.

Think:

• High-impact, cross-functional projects tied directly to capital deployment
• Exposure to deal flow, portfolio strategy, and executive decision-making
• A seat at the table where ideas turn into real dollars and outcomes

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and drive enterprise-level initiatives end-to-end
• Act as the connective tissue between investments, operations, and leadership
• Bring structure, clarity, and urgency to high-stakes projects
• Translate vision into execution across multiple business lines
• Keep a Founder moving fast…without things breaking

🎯 What Actually Matters

✅ Private Investment Company experience is REQUIRED

• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Family Office
• Real Estate Fund
• Private Credit Fund

✅ Engineering Background is REQUIRED

✅ Hard-Core Project Management Office experience w/ Proven Tactical Execution is REQUIRED

✅ Strong EQ and Professional Presence / Communication is REQUIRED
