Regional Strategy hire, Singapore  

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• US100bil revenue
• Sector expertise needed in manufacturing, automobile, construction, machinery, logistics, agri equipment etc, minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Responsibilities would include:

• Lead development and execution of the firm’s regional strategic agenda across APAC
• Drive strategic planning, market entry, business expansion and long-term growth initiatives across multiple business segments
• Identify and execute M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and partnerships to strengthen the company's regional market position
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance
• Develop investment cases, evaluate new markets and lead strategic transformation projects to enhance operational and commercial outcomes
• Partner closely with regional and headquarters leadership across commercial, engineering, finance, legal and operations to deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners, including OEMs, government agencies, infrastructure developers, technology partners and major enterprise customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of the APAC business landscape, including geopolitical, regulatory and market dynamics; exposure to OEMs, data centres or related ecosystem partners
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with headquarters and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
