Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused leader to partner with senior leadership in strengthening enterprise-level governance, organizational effectiveness, and scalable operating models.

This role will be instrumental in advancing the company’s governance maturity, decision-making discipline, and organizational capability, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure, people, and processes as the company continues its global expansion.

You will act as a central integrator across business strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational development, driving long-term sustainability, operational excellence, and leadership effectiveness.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

• Establish and continuously enhance corporate governance frameworks, including Board and committee structures, charters, and delegated authorities
• Oversee Board and Shareholder governance processes, ensuring rigor, transparency, and effective decision-making cadence
• Co-lead with HR in designing of the organizational structure that scale with business growth
• Formulate and supervise company budget management, internal rules and regulations, and operational workflows
• Coordinate legal affairs and ensure alignment between corporate structure, regulatory requirements, and business strategy
• Assist in formulating development strategies; translate vision into specific goals and annual business plans
• Actively participate in the development of HR frameworks, focusing on creation of equity incentive schemes and iteration of compensation/performance appraisal systems

What We Require From You:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of Director-level management experience in a mid-to-large scale international enterprise; experience in FinTech or the Internet industry is preferred.
• Strong capabilities in holistic strategic planning and building scalable systems
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
• High level of responsibility and a strong "big-picture" perspective
• Business fluency in Chinese and English (to work with stakeholders who work primarily in Chinese)
