Head of Operations

We are actively looking for a Head of Operations to join our Operations team,

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional management teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and performance reporting.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail or multi-site operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing regional or operational teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, operational performance, and business improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
