Responsibilities

• Support the annual business planning process and conduct strategic reviews to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Design go-to-market strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks for business transformation initiatives.
• Build and analyze robust financial and investment models to drive data-backed decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and implement organizational initiatives.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including C-suite and executive leadership.

• MBA in strategy, operations, or international business from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or business transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience in building detailed financial and investment models.
• Proven record of designing go-to-market strategies, operating models, and governance structures.
• Hands-on experience supporting annual business planning and leading strategic business reviews.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong project management experience within large or complex organizations.
