Managing Director

Job Purpose

The Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, growth, and operational excellence of the Contracting Company within the assigned country or region. The role provides executive oversight of all construction operations, commercial activities, finance, business development, support functions, and corporate governance, ensuring the successful delivery of a large portfolio of complex projects across high-rise developments, airports, hospitality, mixed-use developments, resorts, theme parks, infrastructure, and other landmark construction projects.

The Managing Director drives sustainable growth, strengthens market leadership, maximizes profitability, ensures operational excellence, and fosters strong relationships with clients, government entities, consultants, developers, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and corporate governance.
