This role will help shape the organization's future direction by developing corporate, business, and functional strategies, evaluating growth opportunities, building investment cases, and supporting major strategic decisions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving long-term value creation and ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strategy builder, not a strategy coordinator.

The ideal candidate has experience developing corporate, business, and functional strategies, evaluating strategic investments, building robust business cases, and influencing executive decision-making. They understand that strategy is not about producing plans—it is about helping the organization make better choices, allocate resources effectively, and create sustainable value.

This role requires someone who can lead from the front, challenge assumptions, engage stakeholders, and translate analysis into actionable strategic recommendations.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the development and refresh of the Corporate Strategy.
• Facilitate the development of business and functional strategies across areas such as operations, finance, digital, technology, and people.
• Identify and evaluate growth, diversification, partnership, and investment opportunities.
• Develop strategic business cases, investment proposals, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Assess market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between corporate, business, and functional strategies.
• Support portfolio optimization and strategic prioritization.
• Prepare executive-level strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations.
• Lead and develop a small Corporate Strategy team while influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Analysis, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing corporate, business, and functional strategies in complex organizations.
• Strong business case development, financial modelling, investment appraisal, and strategic analysis capabilities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess value creation opportunities.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
