I'm currently partnering with a Top-Tier Management Consulting Firm to hire an experienced Principal / Associate Partner – AI & Digital Transformation to join their growing Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) & Government Practice in the Middle East.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior consulting leader to shape and deliver large-scale AI and digital transformation programmes for leading telecom operators and government organisations, while playing a key role in growing one of the firm's fastest-expanding practices.

🔍 We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with senior consulting leaders who have:

✔ Current experience with MBB or other leading strategy & management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, etc.)

✔ 10+ years of consulting and transformation experience, including leading large-scale AI and digital transformation engagements

✔ Deep Public sector or telecommunications (TMT) expertise with experience working across commercial, customer, network, technology, data, or digital functions

✔ Proven experience advising C-suite executives on AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, and business value realisation

✔ Strong track record of leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes

✔ Experience managing senior client relationships, leading high-performing consulting teams, and driving business development

✔ Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, AI Governance, Product Ownership, and Agile Delivery
