Founders Associate (m/f/d)

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business operations, strategy and process optimization
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline research, reporting and internal workflows
• Conduct market research and support decision-making
• Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning

• 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role
• Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools
• Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations
• Fluent German (C1 or above)
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization
