CEO - Private Equity (m/w/d)

Our client is an international technology investor. We are now looking for a CEO for one of their successful portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of a diverse customer base, the investor, and the growing workforce. They will be responsible for making key M&A decisions and executing a range of value creation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead across all aspects of the company
• Lead the company in its next stage of growth
• Build a positive and productive company culture
• Lead M&A and PMI initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' experience in a business-related field
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
• Asset-light industry experience is a must
