The VP of Amusements owns amusement P&L performance and uses data and analytics to guide pricing, investment, and operating decisions, partnering closely with the SVP of Revenue Management & Pricing to align amusement strategy with enterprise revenue goals.


What You'll Do

Revenue & Data-Driven Growth

  • Own amusement revenue and P&L performance, tracking yield, utilization, and margin across locations.
  • Partner with the SVP of Revenue Management & Pricing to align amusement pricing and promotions with enterprise revenue strategy.
  • Research and test new revenue streams, and build 1-, 3-, and 5-year plans for revenue growth and infrastructure.

Games, Attractions & Vendor Management

  • Negotiate pricing on new games, attractions, and card systems, and manage arcade install and conversion projects.
  • Creating proposals for upcoming and prospective arcade installs while staying within designated budgets.
  • Visiting non-company owned FEC's and seeing opportunities which Lucky Strike Entertainment can incorporate.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Develop and roll out national promotions with Marketing and other departments.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and Product teams on forecasting, systems, and analytics needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in arcade/amusement operations or corporate operations management.
  • A strong track record of P&L ownership and comfort using data to guide pricing and investment decisions.
  • Strong communication, integrity, and sales/marketing skills and abilities.
