Join a well-established South Florida construction organization with approximately $15M in annual revenue. We're seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead multiple business units, drive operational excellence, improve profitability, and build scalable systems for continued growth.

🔨 What You'll Do

✅ Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple divisions

✅ Improve project management, estimating, scheduling & purchasing processes

✅ Increase productivity, efficiency & profitability

✅ Recruit, mentor & develop leadership teams

✅ Standardize systems and implement operational best practices

✅ Partner directly with ownership to execute growth strategies

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔️ 10-20+ years of construction operations leadership experience

✔️ Experience managing multiple business units or divisions

✔️ Background leading organizations generating $20M-$100M+ in annual revenue

✔️ Proven success improving operational performance and profit margins

✔️ Strong leadership experience managing project managers, field teams & office staff

✔️ Experience implementing scalable systems and operational processes

✔️ Familiarity with construction project management software (Buildertrend experience is a plus)
