- Partner closely with executive sponsors and leaders across all functions
- Ensure alignment across initiatives while driving accountability for deliverables
- Develop executive-level reporting, including: overall dashboard, critical path milestones, risks and mitigation plans, budget tracking, decision logs, steering committee materials, and board updates

- 10+ years of enterprise PMO or transformation leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Public or PE-Backed Experience: Strong background operating within or building operational infrastructure for private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations with mature governance, financial reporting, operational, and compliance disciplines.
- Direct experience preparing a high-growth organization for major corporate milestones, operational audits, or public market operational rigor.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience partnering closely with Finance, Accounting and Legal to improve governance, reporting, controls, risk management and enterprise operating processes
- Demonstrated experience establishing scalable governance, executive operating rhythms, cross-functional controls, and enterprise reporting within a complex, rapidly growing organization
- Exceptional executive communication skills with a proven ability to run executive steering committees, present board-level updates, and drive cross-functional C-suite alignment without direct authority.
- Master-level ability to convert enterprise strategic roadmaps into integrated master plans, managing dependencies, critical paths, budget tracking, and decision logs across disparate business functions.
- 3+ years of management consulting, risk advisory, or business transformation experience at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or top-tier strategy firm (preferred)
