Head of Post-Investment Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute post-investment integration plans for portfolio companies, covering full-dimensional integration across strategy, operations, organization, and culture.
2. Deeply engage in board governance of portfolio companies, regularly assessing key milestones and risk points across R&D, production, sales, and other functions.
3. Support portfolio companies in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, and incentive scheme design, while connecting them with the group's industrial resources.
4. Identify and provide early warning of potential risks faced by portfolio companies in areas such as compliance, quality systems, team dynamics, and market competition, and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Assist portfolio companies in planning next-round financing or exit pathways, connect with potential investors, and drive exit processes including M&A, secondary share transfers, and IPOs.

Requirements

1. Background combining "consulting + industry experience" (e.g., MBB consulting + large medical group).
2. Strong cross-border team collaboration and PMO management skills.
3. Ability to translate technical language into business value.
4. Fluent in English (able to work in an English-speaking environment); willing to work across time zones and travel internationally on a regular basis.
