Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) | Reports to: Erin Trapp, Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer

LAWA is seeking a Deputy Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy to lead the development and continuous refinement of the organization's enterprise strategy — from planning frameworks and governance to long-range strategic direction.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of LAWA's enterprise strategy, including strategic planning methodologies, organizational frameworks, governance mechanisms, and long-range planning (25%)
• Lead major enterprise initiatives — new strategic programs, policy development, and cross-departmental projects — partnering across LAWA to align priorities and drive unified execution. Collaborate closely with Experience Development and Commercial teams to align strategy with airport positioning and vision (25%)
• Drive strategic alignment across divisions through cross-functional collaboration, alignment sessions, and coordinated planning. Establish standardized approaches to prioritization, timelines, performance measurement, and accountability (20%)
• Build and maintain an enterprise scorecard tracking strategic performance and outcomes; oversee governance, prioritization, and tradeoff evaluation (10%)
• Serve as strategic advisor to the Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer, translating enterprise objectives into actionable, measurable, well-governed initiatives (10%)
• Lead executive-level strategy communications — presentations, briefings, dashboards, and reports — and model strategic leadership across the organization (5%)
• Other related duties as assigned (5%)
