As a Program Manager in ECO, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view. Your scope will include a range of projects– inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts with a strong focus on technology sponsored initiatives.
You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success. You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital’s business priorities.
You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office.

- You’ve had experience independently leading large/complex business and technology initiatives.
- You have had asset management experience; ideally, experience delivering technology related change with broad business / organizational impacts.
- You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.
- You can influence at the Director Level and above.
- You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
- You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
- You are passionate about people development or have a proven track record in people development.
- You are flexible and agile and thrive off working with people at all levels and across all functional areas.
- When developing a vision, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
