We’re hiring a Director of Advisory on behalf of our client, a high-growth, fee-only fiduciary wealth management firm based in College Station, TX.

Why this role exists

The firm is scaling fast and needs a leader to elevate planning execution, consistency, and accountability so the CEO can operate at true CEO altitude.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the planning team with clear expectations and accountability

• Ensure planning quality and consistency across clients as the firm scales

• Optimize processes for growth so the firm isn’t rebuilding systems at the next milestone

• Own planning leadership and help set the standard for “how we do planning here”

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen the advisory function

What they’re looking for

• CFP® required at a high level

• Deep experience in true planning within an RIA / fiduciary environment

• Proven ability to lead planning teams, raise standards, and improve workflows

• Calm, direct communicator who can navigate strong leadership personalities with confidence and humility

• Someone who builds structure without killing the culture
