We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on leader who can simplify complexity, eliminate inefficiencies, accelerate decision-making, and drive digital and AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation.

We are seeking someone who constantly challenges the status quo, introduces innovative ideas, leverages technology intelligently, and helps build a faster, smarter, and more scalable business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Transformation

• Re-engineer workflows across Merchandising, Sourcing, Product development, Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Support functions.

• Eliminate bottlenecks, duplication, unnecessary approvals, and manual dependencies.

• Build simple, scalable, and efficient ways of working.

2. Digital & AI Innovation

• Identify and implement practical AI, Automation, and Digital Solutions.

• Drive adoption of ERP, workflow tools, dashboards, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Reduce dependency on spreadsheets, manual reporting, and repetitive administrative activities.

• Continuously evaluate new technologies relevant to the Fashion and Apparel industry.

3. Operational Excellence

• Improve Efficiency, Productivity, Visibility, and Accountability across functions.

• Establish process discipline and performance measurement frameworks.

• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

4. Change Leadership

• Lead transformation initiatives from concept to adoption.

• Influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.

• Drive organisation-wide acceptance of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

• Foster a culture of Innovation, Simplification, and Continuous Improvement.

5. Industry Innovation

• Benchmark leading global fashion, sourcing, and manufacturing organisations.

• Bring New Ideas, Technologies, and Operating Practices into the business.

• Help position the company as a digitally enabled and future-ready organisation.

Experience & Profile

Must Have

• 12+ years in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Innovation, or related leadership roles.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements.

• Experience in manufacturing, apparel, textile, sourcing, export, or operations-driven environments preferred.

• Strong execution capability with a passion for innovation and technology.
