We're looking for someone to work directly with the founder on strategy, operations, and special projects. This is a high-ownership role — you'll be handed ambiguous problems and expected to structure them, drive them, and deliver outcomes with minimal hand-holding.

What you'll do

• Own strategic projects end-to-end — market research, competitive analysis, business cases
• Build trackers, reports, and dashboards that give the founder visibility into the business
• Coordinate across teams (marketing, ops, product) to push initiatives forward
• Jump into whatever the business needs that week — this role isn't static

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience — startup, consulting, research, or founder-adjacent roles preferred
• Has built or driven something from scratch (own venture, project, or initiative)
• Strong with Excel/Sheets; comfortable picking up new tools fast
• Genuinely curious about AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools like N8N) and uses them in daily work
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
• Can work independently, doesn't need every task spelled out

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B sales, business development, or client-facing work
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders on a project
