Chief of Staff (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior strategic leader to join a leading professional services firm on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Working closely with Consulting leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth agenda and supporting strategic transformation across the business.

This is a varied, high-impact role where you'll lead strategic initiatives, mobilise go-to-market campaigns, enhance reporting and governance, drive communications and change and act as a trusted advisor to senior partners and leadership. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You'll be commercially astute, highly credible, an exceptional communicator and influencer, with the confidence to operate at partner level while delivering at pace.

We're looking for:

• Senior consulting, strategy, transformation or Chief of Staff experience
• Strong stakeholder management with partner-level credibility
• Commercial mindset with excellent judgement and influencing skills
• A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Location: Dublin preferred with a hybrid working model (typically 3 days in the office).
