The Role
This is intentionally not a traditional corporate Chief of Staff role.
The position is best described as a Founder’s Associate operating at a senior level, working closely with the CEO to translate long-term strategy into day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving operational effectiveness across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial operations and forecasting
- Financial planning and internal business operations
- Supporting hiring and onboarding processes
- Calendar management and operational coordination
- Internal culture initiatives and team alignment
- Building scalable systems and processes
Over time, the role will evolve from hands-on execution into designing processes, hiring the right people, and ensuring effective delivery across multiple functions.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up, consulting, operations, strategy, finance, or a similar environment
- Experience working closely with founders, executives, or senior leadership teams
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
