- Previous experience working as a Chief of Staff supporting a CFO, CEO or other executive leader.
- Experience operating within a large international or high-growth organisation.
- Outstanding project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong commercial judgement with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A highly proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence at executive level.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a strategic partner across the finance function and wider business. Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Execution – Drive key strategic initiatives across the finance organisation, ensuring priorities are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Executive Support – Act as the CFO's trusted adviser, preparing briefings, presentations and materials for Executive Committee and Board meetings.
- Business Transformation – Coordinate cross-functional programmes that support operational excellence, organisational effectiveness and long-term value creation.
- Stakeholder Management – Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Product and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Governance & Planning – Manage executive governance processes, leadership meetings and follow-up actions to ensure effective decision-making.
- Performance Management – Monitor strategic KPIs, track progress against business objectives and provide regular updates to the CFO and leadership team.
- Executive Projects – Lead and deliver high-impact confidential projects on behalf of the CFO, often involving Board-level stakeholders.
- Leadership Partnership – Serve as an extension of the CFO, helping to prioritise competing demands while ensuring the finance leadership team remains focused on delivering strategic outcomes.
