Responsibility

• Strong business planning, project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to convert unstructured inputs into clear narratives, management decks, dashboards, action trackers, and decision notes.
• Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Understanding of GCC / shared services operating model, governance forums, risk / control expectations, and cross-functional corporate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under time pressure with high accuracy and senior-management-ready quality.
• Exposure to AI, automation, Copilot, data analytics, or transformation projects will be preferred.

• 8–12 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, transformation office, management reporting, consulting, program governance, or GCC / BFSI corporate functions.
• Prior experience working with senior leadership, preparing management decks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in banking, financial services, global capability centers, operations governance, or transformation programs preferred
