- Drive high-impact projects across various teams and functions such as Business Development, Game Operations, etc

- Mentorship and development: Besides guidance and coaching from your managers, you will have direct access to our business leaders and other Strategic & Operations team to build foundational skills and develop your leadership capabilities
- Global exposure and network: Beyond your team/market, you will also have opportunities to forge connections with the global network of like-minded individuals working on Strategy & Operations across Garena’s different markets
- Minimum a Master's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, having prior experience in a strategy consulting firm or other business strategy-related functions would be highly preferred
- Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in MENA region; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
