Director of Operations

A growing, highly respected engineering and professional services organization is seeking a Director of Operations to partner closely with executive leadership and help drive the next phase of organizational growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an operationally focused executive who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while building scalable systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment.

• Partner directly with the CEO and executive team
• Lead and enhance operational functions across HR, IT, Administration, facilities, and vendor management
• Drive strategic initiatives and company-wide operational improvements
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support business objectives
• Champion process improvement, automation, and organizational scalability
• Influence business decisions and help shape future growth

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or business leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking, change management, and execution skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and organizational effectiveness

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Compensation: $140-160k base
