Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB, responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and ensuring the long-term success of Litens Automotive Group. The CEO will lead the executive team in defining business goals, overseeing operational performance, and driving innovation across product development, manufacturing, and global partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include making high-impact business decisions, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring strong alignment between corporate strategy, financial objectives, and customer expectations. The role involves representing the organization in industry forums and with major OEM clients, fostering a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. The CEO will also mentor senior leaders, guide succession planning, and promote a high-performance environment that supports employee engagement and development.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategy, influence stakeholders, and engage with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance to oversee executive-level processes, governance, and organizational efficiency.
- Experience with customer service and relationship management to maintain and grow partnerships with global OEMs and key business collaborators.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial management principles to guide budgeting, investment decisions, and long-term profitability.
- Proven executive leadership experience in automotive or advanced manufacturing, with a track record of delivering strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Ability to build and sustain diverse, high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort navigating complex global markets and regulatory environments.
- Relevant university degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.
