Head of Growth

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead the company’s growth strategy across the entire customer journey. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth by combining data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience scaling digital products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the full customer funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue).
• Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation and market research.
• Define, monitor, and optimise key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn, MRR/ARR).
• Lead growth experiments and A/B testing to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Build scalable growth processes and frameworks.
• Oversee performance marketing, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and referral programmes.
• Analyse customer behaviour and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports for executive leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Growth team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or Strategy.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Previous experience in a startup or technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience with Growth Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and product-led growth.
• Experience managing budgets and growth KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
