WPA is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the operational life of our church. This key leadership role partners with the Lead Pastor and Board to help advance our vision of creating theologically, spiritually, and missionally vital people.

We’re looking for a servant leader with experience in:

• Church or organizational administration

• Human resources & finance

• Strategic planning & risk management

• Facility operations & technology

• Leadership development and team management
