We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Branch Manager/VP of Operations to join our growing team and support our Executive Team in ensuring our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Description Overview:
The Branch Manager/VP of Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day execution of all operational functions across Noble Wealth Partners. This role owns firm-wide operations, compliance coordination, internal processes, people and workflow management, vendor relationships, and operational risk oversight. The Branch Manager/VP of Operations ensures that the firm’s infrastructure, policies, and systems support exceptional client service, advisor productivity, regulatory compliance, and long-term strategic objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Noble Wide Operations Leadership
· Lead and oversee all day-to-day operational functions of the group across departments and locations.
· Translate strategic priorities set by executive leadership and the Board into executable operational plans.
· Establish, monitor, and refine workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
· Serve as a central operational decision-maker and problem solver for advisors, partners, and leadership.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
· Partner with the CEO and President on strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational design.
· Prepare operational updates, dashboards, and reports for One Team and the Board.
· Ensure proper documentation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures.
· Lead implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
· Oversee, monitor, and ensure adherence to compliance processes and deadlines for Advisors, staff, and leadership (e.g., SEC, FINRA, Raymond James, and internal policies).
· Ensure timely completion of filings, audits, and branch reviews.
· Maintain accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and accessibility of policies and procedures.
· Serve as a key liaison between advisors, compliance partners, and leadership on operational matters.
4. Advisor & Affiliate Support
· Serve as a primary operational point of contact for Financial Advisors, Partners, and Affiliate offices.
· Ensure advisors are supported with efficient systems, clear processes, and responsive operational resources.
· Identify recurring advisor pain points and proactively implement operational solutions.
5. Staff Process & Team Management
· Lead and manage the Noble’s Employment Services for Advisor administrative staff.
· Document meeting summaries and Advisor communications for ONE Team
· Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for operational staff.
· Serve as the point of contact for Financial Advisors and Partners of Noble and support their operations, compliance, and client service needs.
6. Vendor Management, Budgeting & Resources
· Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
· Manage operational budgets in coordination with executive leadership.
· Support company events, technology platforms, and operational investments.
7. Risk Management & Issue Escalation
· Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across the branch.
· Establish escalation protocols for operational, compliance, or personnel issues.
· Ensure timely resolution of issues and transparent communication with ONE Team.

• Keep all appropriate parties up-to-date on decisions, changes, and other relevant information.

Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
· 10+ years of industry-related experience; 3+ years of Manager Experience preferred.
· Licenses: Series 7, and 9 & 10 or 24 required; Series 66 or 65 & 63 as required by state
· Insurance Licenses: Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance required or to be obtained
· Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software is a plus (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, Redtail, etc.).
