From diplomacy to top-tier consulting, what inner drive kept you moving upward across sectors?
International relations and cross-cultural dynamics have never been just professional interests for me,they have always been part of who I am. I am deeply inspired by the idea that different mentalities, traditions, and business cultures can meet and create something meaningful together. Even today, I see my work as a refined form of diplomacy: building trust, translating complexity, and aligning interests across borders. What kept me moving upward was not the title, but the impact and the feeling that I was connecting worlds and creating value where others might only see differences. That sense of purpose has always fueled my ambition.
In high-pressure environments like international trade and advisory, how did you learn to assert authority early in your career?
Early on, I realized that in demanding environments, energy and added value speak louder than hierarchy. I made it a priority to be always prepared, to have something extra to add like scientific thinking and to understand the full picture, and to remain calm when others felt pressure. Authority, for me, grew from consistency and credibility, when people see that you deliver, they naturally begin to trust your voice. I also learned to stand firmly behind my ideas while staying open to dialogue, which created both strength and respect. The greatest reward has always been seeing satisfied clients at the end of complex negotiation, that feeling of shared success gave me confidence very early in my journey.
What did climbing fast through demanding roles teach you about power, resilience, and self-worth?
Climbing quickly taught me that external success means little without inner balance. I learned to genuinely appreciate what I have while still aiming higher, and to treat every challenge as a disguised opportunity. There were moments of doubt, pressure, and intense responsibility – but each of them strengthened my resilience. I discovered that real power is quiet and grounded; it comes from knowing your value without needing constant validation. Most importantly, I understood that self-worth is built through conscious decisions, discipline, and the courage to grow beyond your comfort zone.
As you enter motherhood at a strong career moment, how do you see the balance between ambition and family evolving?
Motherhood feels like the most beautiful and transformative adventure of my life, yet it also brings questions and a level of uncertainty I have never experienced before. At the same time, I feel a deep inner strength and calmness – an instinctive belief that we will be a strong team and that we are here to support each other. I am not someone who believes in putting ambition on hold completely; rather, I believe in structured teamwork, mutual support, and conscious planning so that neither career nor family is pushed into the background, is the same way as we live now, we only have change the “task description “. This new chapter already feels like a powerful perspective shift, it is teaching me patience, vulnerability, and a softer dimension of leadership. I truly believe I needed this experience to grow not only as a professional, but as a human being.
What would your younger self be most proud of in this moment?
I believe that nothing in my life happened by accident. My marriage, my career, and my personal evolution are all the result of deliberate, sometimes difficult, but always conscious choices. I have always believed in being in the right place at the right time, but also in preparing myself relentlessly for those opportunities. The past years have built a strong foundation that now opens even greater possibilities. Most of all, my younger self would be proud that I managed to grow across all three pillars of my life, career, family, and my own independent path without losing myself along the way. 4 years ago actually I found that partner who believes in me more sometimes than I do and all weird pressure what I had in the past regarding to my future, have been transformed into projects for each stage of my life so this “list” of project actually has a very important role and impact in my life.
