Job Role
The Head of Office is reporting directly to Head of Allianz Services Romania and supports managing the local EMC office duties consisting in a wide array of different tasks including running projects in the relevant area. Among other tasks, the Head of Office serves as a communication interface / link for the in- and outgoing information and participates / leads projects where the AZS Romania EMC involvement is necessary.
What You Will Do
- Own the rhythm of the business for the location — leading leadership team meetings, steering committee preparation, and end-to-end organization of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and track follow-up on commitments.
- Partner with the Head of Location to drive governance cadence — steering committee preparation, leadership team meetings, and follow-through on key decisions and action items across the site.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g. automation/maturity roadmap, culture and integration priorities) that span across pillars and require coordination outside standard reporting lines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and information conduit to Executive team, surfacing risks and priorities early and acting as an informal integrator across service line leads.
- Take on special projects and escalations that fall outside standard organizational ownership, acting as a flexible resource to unblock issues.
- Own communications on behalf of the Head, including leadership messaging, updates, and translation of global strategy into local execution priorities.

- Develop decision documents, prepare presentations (e.g. management team meetings, town hall meetings).
- 5+ years of work experience in the Services, GBS industry or Big 4 Consulting.
- Track record running cross-functional programs with no direct authority- influencing service without a reporting line.
- Experience in building and running business governance cadence ( steering committees, QBRs, Functional Deep Dives etc.).
- Comfort with data/financials ( good understanding of P&L and SLAs and KPIs).
