A top tier strategy consulting firm in Belgium is looking for an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help build and expand its AI Strategy consulting practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong consulting background who enjoys advising senior executives on how artificial intelligence can transform organisations. You'll combine strategic advisory, business development and people leadership while helping clients define and execute enterprise AI strategies.

This role is designed for experienced consultants who have successfully led AI transformation initiatives within a consulting environment. Candidates without management consulting experience are unlikely to be a suitable fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead AI Strategy Engagements

• Advise executive leadership teams on AI strategy, adoption and transformation.
• Help organisations identify where AI can create measurable business value.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical AI roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery and business case development through implementation and value realisation.
• Guide organisations through AI adoption, operating model design, governance and change management.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor throughout AI transformation programmes.
• Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
• Support thought leadership through articles, events, client workshops and market insights.
• Play a key role in expanding a fast-growing AI consulting practice.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of the AI Strategy practice.

What We're Looking For

Management consulting experience is essential for this position.

You'll ideally bring:

• A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, AI, Data Science or a related discipline.
• 3+ years experience.
• Significant experience within a management consulting environment.
• A proven track record of delivering AI Strategy, Digital Transformation or Enterprise AI consulting engagements.
• Experience advising senior executives and C-level stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Experience leading consulting teams and managing complex client engagements.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to help grow an AI consulting practice.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
