We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed beverage manufacturer (~$150M revenue) to find a Chief Operating Officer ready to make a real, visible impact on a business entering its next major growth chapter.

This is a rare chance to step into a COO seat where your fingerprints will be on everything - not a caretaker role reviewing reports from a distance, but a genuine build-and-scale opportunity working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and ownership group to shape where this company goes next. Given the scale and complexity of the operation, this role is best suited to someone who has run large, high-volume canned beverage manufacturing plants and knows that environment inside and out.

Why This Role

  • Real influence, real speed - this is a founder-led business backed by private equity, which means decisions move fast and the right ideas get backed quickly, without layers of bureaucracy slowing things down
  • A platform for growth - you'll be walking into a business with real momentum and a clear investment thesis behind it, giving you the resources and mandate to build something significant
  • High visibility with ownership - direct line to the founder and the board, meaning your work and impact won't get lost in a large organization
  • A hands-on leadership culture - if you're the kind of operator who's energized by being on the floor, close to the product and the people, rather than removed from the operation, this is built for you

What You'll Own

  • Full operational leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, and plant performance for a large-scale canning operation
  • A close, consistent on-site presence - this is a role for someone who wants to be embedded in the business, not managing it remotely
  • Partnership with the founder and leadership team to scale infrastructure, systems, and processes as the business grows
  • Operational strategy and execution tied directly to enterprise value creation

What You Bring

  • Proven experience running large, high-volume canned beverage manufacturing plants - this is essential, not preferred
  • Extensive senior operating leadership experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing, with a strong track record driving measurable plant performance results
  • Sharp strategic thinking paired with genuine comfort in the details - equally at ease in the boardroom and on the production floor
  • Prior experience in a PE-backed environment, comfortable with the pace and accountability that comes with it
  • The flexibility and pragmatism to thrive alongside a founder-led culture - someone who brings structure without needing to over-institutionalize a business that still runs on entrepreneurial instinct
  • A high-drive, all-in operating style - this role rewards people who treat the business like it's their own

Ready to build something significant? We'd love to hear from experienced operators looking for their next high-impact challenge.
