What You'll Own

• Full operational leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, and plant performance for a large-scale canning operation
• A close, consistent on-site presence - this is a role for someone who wants to be embedded in the business, not managing it remotely
• Partnership with the founder and leadership team to scale infrastructure, systems, and processes as the business grows
• Operational strategy and execution tied directly to enterprise value creation

What You Bring

• Proven experience running large, high-volume canned beverage manufacturing plants - this is essential, not preferred
• Extensive senior operating leadership experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing, with a strong track record driving measurable plant performance results
• Sharp strategic thinking paired with genuine comfort in the details - equally at ease in the boardroom and on the production floor
• Prior experience in a PE-backed environment, comfortable with the pace and accountability that comes with it
• The flexibility and pragmatism to thrive alongside a founder-led culture - someone who brings structure without needing to over-institutionalize a business that still runs on entrepreneurial instinct
