- Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape and develop delivery strategies and technology transformation business cases that secure executive sponsorship and funding.
- Translate strategic intent into actionable, enterprise-scale delivery roadmaps, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment across teams, initiatives, and business units.
- Provide authoritative advisory on delivery approaches, including AI-enabled functions, agentic workforce models, and agile-at-scale practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Establish, oversee, and refine governance structures to ensure delivery integrity, risk management, and performance tracking across complex programs and portfolios.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the full technology lifecycle of deals, from due diligence and planning through to execution and value realisation.
- Lead the development of detailed transition plans and capability models to support post-merger readiness, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value realisation.
- Direct the evaluation of technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities to inform deal decisions and shape post-deal strategies.
- Optimise post-deal technology operations and workforce to align with new business structures, driving efficiency, agility, and scalability at pace.
- Drive practice growth and market leadership, owning significant business development targets, originating and closing major pursuits, shaping go-to-market propositions, and elevating PwC's market reputation through thought leadership, industry eminence, and demonstrable client impact.
- Serve as a trusted executive advisor on emerging technology trends, enterprise platforms, and architecture decisions, guiding clients through critical trade-offs across cost, risk, scalability, and innovation while influencing boardroom-level decision-making.
- Lead and shape the most complex, large-scale client engagements and enterprise transformation programs by partnering with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders to define and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies, digital transformation, operating model redesign, AI-enabled innovations, and M&A integration.
- Set the strategic vision and direction for multi-workstream technology programs, translating business ambition into target operating models, enterprise roadmaps, target-state architectures, and compelling investment cases that drive measurable, sustainable business value at scale.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, mentoring and developing Senior Managers, Managers, and junior consultants while playing a pivotal role in talent strategy, capability building, and the strategic direction of PwC's Technology Advisory practice.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working with a leading consulting firm or strategy house, with deep expertise in technology, digital, or AI advisory.
- Extensive experience leading technology strategy and large-scale transformation programs, including governance, operating model design, strategic delivery planning, complex multi-stream delivery, and post-merger technology integration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide authoritative counsel on emerging technologies including Agentic AI, and modern agile and scaled delivery practices.
- A proven track record of originating and leading major client engagements, building enduring trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, and managing and inspiring high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep enterprise architecture capability, with significant experience defining target-state architectures, platform strategies, and technology standards across applications, data, integration, cloud, and security domains.
- Significant experience working with clients in Financial Services, Mining, Energy, or Retail industries, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful, technology-enabled business outcomes.
