Working closely with a highly entrepreneurial Founder and CEO, you'll lead the next evolution of a technology-led organisation that sees innovation as a competitive advantage, not a project.


You'll drive AI adoption, redesign customer journeys, modernise processes and build a technology function capable of supporting significant business growth. Most importantly, you'll help create experiences that make life easier, faster and better for customers.


This role requires someone who can embrace complexity. Someone who understands governance and regulation but refuses to let them become barriers to innovation.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Has led technology transformation in a regulated environment
  • Places customer outcomes at the centre of every decision
  • Gets energised by AI, automation and emerging technologies
  • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building the roadmap
  • Wants to create a genuine competitive advantage through technology
