In this role, you will be a senior strategy lead within the Global Business Strategy & Chief of Staff team, responsible for shaping and advancing the strategic agenda for the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy (who reports to an Executive Committee member), this role will offer the opportunity to lead complex strategy work, evaluate new growth opportunities, and drive data-led decision-making in close partnership with senior leaders across Global Payments & Trade, the broader enterprise, and C-suite stakeholders, while supporting select Chief of Staff priorities including executive and board-level reporting.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Payments & Trade, ensuring clear alignment with long-term business goals and firm-wide strategic objectives
- Drive market research, competitive intelligence, and data analysis, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and advance business opportunities including growth / expansion (e.g., market entry), innovation (e.g., product launch), and operating model optimization (e.g., organization, processes, systems)
- Lead multiple strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to build, prioritize, and deliver a high-impact pipeline of opportunities for the business
- Develop strategic updates for high-priority executive deliverables, including board presentations, regulatory updates, leadership forums, and other senior management materials
- Partner across Sales, Product, Finance, Regional and COO teams to translate agreed strategies into clear actions, ownership, milestones, and measurable progress
- Experience required in Strategy, preferably within Financial Services, Consulting and/or FinTech Industry; strong understanding of the Payments and Trade landscape and Technology is a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical leadership required to break down complex problems, apply quantitative and qualitative data, and develop practical, senior-management-ready recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment, make sound trade-offs, and drive outcomes aligned to business needs
- Proven ability to build trusted senior relationships, influence across business functions, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with professional maturity and strong judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-ready materials; high proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
