About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Hub Operational Lead to join a leading Automotive Technology organization. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, delivery effectiveness, organizational growth, and transformation within a global technology hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across technology and business teams.
• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and performance management initiatives.
• Evolve and optimize the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Build organizational capabilities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and people initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights, operational reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable delivery practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across leadership teams, vendors, and business functions.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading Tech Hubs, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Digital Delivery Units, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background managing cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and delivery.
• Experience driving operating model transformation, organizational scaling, and performance management.
• Experience within product-centric and platform-based delivery environments.
• Strong executive stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Expertise in governance, KPIs, OKRs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with modern software engineering, cloud platforms, automation, and AI-enabled delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban delivery frameworks.

Budget

💰 Permanent: Up to €59,000 gross/year + Benefits

💰 B2B / Freelance: Up to €7,400/month + IVA
