Job Description
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives from concept through implementation, developing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. Identify, within the team, patterns of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Utilize data analytics, AI, and technology solutions to improve business processes, strengthen oversight, and increase operational efficiency.
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature.
- Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards, and practices that would improve operational support.
- Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
- Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives, establish priorities, drive execution, and deliver results with limited direction.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, develop solutions, and see initiatives through to completion.
- Strong technology and/or AI knowledge and experience (QlikSense preferred)
- Knowledge of Alternative Investments, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Regulation S offerings, and cross-border/international business activities.
