Role Description

Khan Law Firm PLLC is seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage the firm's daily operations. The COO will oversee business planning, operational processes, human resources and financial performance. They will collaborate with leadership to establish strategic goals, manage budgets, optimize resources, and ensure organizational efficiency. This is an on-site role based in Kent, WA, requiring proactive leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management with experience in implementing effective processes and policies
• Experience in human resources
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance and drive decision-making
• Expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage and optimize the organization’s financial resources
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of effective team management and collaboration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred
